Bug after one ui 7 update in a34

I was facing a lot bugs after one ui 7 update and later came to know that there is something error in rolled update so there will be a resolved update to be rolled out.
After waiting I got the resolved and update and due to the bugs of one ui 7 I can't download the current update (may security patch ) 
Even tried many was like clearing cache and changing connections.
When iam trying to download it just goes to 2% and comes back to 1.
Samsung please resolve this issue as many people are facing it .

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members app as error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update maybe fix it by Samsung team soon. I have solved it as its an issue regarding play system update.
So you just go to setting security ( or just search Google play system update ) then there will be an update , download and install it.
After that restart and continue with software update and it may broke at first never mind go for another one and it will surely work .
