Here are a few steps you can try to fix

Update the firmware of your earbuds: Check if there's a firmware update available for your earbuds. Updating the firmware can resolve any compatibility issues with your phone.

Clear the Bluetooth cache: Clearing the Bluetooth cache can help resolve connectivity issues. To clear the cache, go to "Settings" > "Apps" > "Show system" > "Bluetooth" > "Storage" > "Clear Cache."

Reset the network settings: Resetting the network settings on your phone can help resolve any connectivity issues. To reset, go to "Settings" > "General Management" > "Reset" > "Reset network settings."

Unpair and reconnect the earbuds: Sometimes, simply unpairing and reconnecting the earbuds can resolve the issue. To unpair, go to "Settings" > "Connections" > "Bluetooth" > "Paired Devices." Then remove the earbuds and pair them again.
