Bluetooth not turning on

When I click to on Bluetooth it isn't working can someone say what to do ??

Reflash the software from service center.

In app settings, go to sort and select Show System apps, after closing it, search Bluetooth among the app list and then in Usage, click storage and clear the cache and data, it might work or restart your phone in Safe mode
