Bluetooth cutting off while playing music on Spotify or on a call

Hi. How can I solve my bluetooth problem, it cuts off when I'm listening to Spotify or while on a call via my car radio or wireless headsets. I did the soft reset of the phone, did connection reset, switched off power optimisation for both bluetooth and Spotify but still experiencing the same problem. I eve uninstalled Spotify and re-installed it again...yet the problem still persists. Please help before I throw this phone against the wall...

Its my A51 that gives me such a problem...my previous A30 and current A52 don't give me such struggle...it is sooo annoying

Self help: update everything,or do a hard reset,if it still persists,take it to your nearest samsung store.

How do I do the hard reset?

Before you hard reset,check newer type of Bluetooth devices if it does the same

Hi, DumisaniM kindly note that your device may need to book in for a Software reload. It seems like the current software loaded on your device is malfunctioning. Please go to the below link to locate the closest Authorized Service Center to you.
