Bixby routines are not working on my new Samsung Galaxy A23 5g

Whenever I click on any routine, it says, 'you need to turn on bixby routines from quick panel in order to use this widget'. Surprisingly, I even tried to turn them on from quick panel, it just won't work - I bought this phone just for bixby routines.

Do you know how I can sort it out?
