A34 modes and routines functionality break

Samsung has released one ui 6.1 to A34 and since then it broke the functionality of modes and routines, if we add any location based or button based routines , functionality is not working after some time

After one ui 6.1 , one security patch was released but it is just a security patch and not a fix to modes and routines

I have done entire mobile reset for 2 to 3 times but of no use

Pity is as usual when a error report is sent they reply with irrelevant fixes

As per your query, we request you kindly share the log file. Also, share video clips and images for better understanding. This will help us to investigate further and resolve this issue.

Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

I have already shared logs once, they replied with an irrelevant fix, they asked me to reset my mobile, I have done 2 to 3 times to check it might work but of no use, is there any other way to report the problem
