Battery saver mode toggle is putting phone in dark mode instead of battry saving

After updating to 0ne ui7 there are some boring glitches when u tap the battrey saver mode toggle instead it turns dark mode on or off how can I deal with this

I think it does that by default as dark saves more power. But I think under settings you can turn it off. I have power savings mode activated and toggled dark mode off.
