I have test battery health with antutu that shows battery health is not good percentage is 60% (2674 mah). Original battery mah is 4300 mah. Also in summer days in outside battery drains quickly. I have one battery protection to maximum usage it with dark mode also .

You provided the answer in your question.

After 3 years your battery is still 60% efficient but not good enough. Go to Samsung Care and get it changed.

After changing the battery run it through a complete charge discharge cycle a couple of times.

Your battery and phone should be good to go once again. Good luck.

I have do it through the antutu app. After install antutu let the battery health test to run , condition is to make a full cycle of 100 by connect with charger.

After app and full charge cycle then it shows battery health in percentage.
