Battery drain on A55 when charging stopped at 80

While using the battery protection(charging stops at 80) charge drops to 78 within 2 or 3 minutes even without using the phone.
I also tried charging to 95 and nothing changed.

Is this normal? 

I have been using this phone since one month.Battery life is good when charged to 100% and i dont observe a significant drain.
Someone please replay.

In A55, charging stops at 80% and it drops to 78 and starts charging to 80 again. I have the same problem. I am ignoring this problem since its not a critical issue.

Previous models had their cut off at 85%. Now its 80 or so in A55.
