How to enable these options on app screen in a50.

Discover is not work profile. It will give app suggestions(more like ads).

It is a seperate google account provided by institutions for work purposes

Discover is an ads service, and Samsung provides only on cheap devices like Galaxy M and F. Galaxy A will not get it. 

Work profile can be configured only by your IT admin.
