Android Pie and OneUI

An operating system is way important then releasing new colors. Colors have beauty, but timely upgrades gives "breath" to the smartphones. So, in short Samsung stop focus on new launches before you prepared for what you are going to give to consumers. Seems like you guys have same policy like Oppo and Vivo for aggressive market capture by hook or by crook. I have highlighted this issue before as well but samsung people are not focused about it.

Understand simple thing, cheated consumer never come to the brand who cheated them. We, mass people, eagerly waiting for new OneUI and Pie update, please focus on existing consumer rather to get the new one if you haven't prepared for them. Being a largest OEM you guys have enough people to handle the software update part but none of them are responding productively. Loosing the respect by these kind of behaviour.

I do agree with this post .. I comfromised with samsung from note 3, s7 edge, note 8 now s9. So my journey ends for samsung at S9. I want to switch to mate 20 pro. any good suggestion guys?

ok you only want software updates then go for iPhone Isheep go go take iPhone instead of andriod iPhone has more frequently updates go for it .

@Abhishektirkey: Brother I am not here to opionionate anyone. though, I have used iphone as well for more than I have used samsung. I said this because if you do not focus on your current consumers and consistently focus on market capture them it's very near to be face like nokia had experienced.

i am angry with Samsung too but I never make post about the software update this it is ridiculous to make such kind of post I am done with my patientance but that does not mean i or we should make the post like this
