When will my Samsung a33 5g will get android 14 update? I didn't even received beta update also?.

You wont going to get any beta update you will directly get A14 update by the end of 2023. Beta on A series phone was given to A5x and A34 models, and now that program is closed too.

Firstly s23 series will get then the other phones will start getting it .

So for a33 it will happen in last November to December I guess

A33 beta update you can join by going in samsung members app and signing to beta program.
