Android 12 update

My Galaxy A71 still has not received the Android 12 update. Does anyone have any idea why?

It's not released yet in UAE version....

I got an update for One UI 3.1 today. Its still Android 11 though

Surprising ...Samsung galaxy A71 has got UI 4.1/ Android 12 update with April 2022 security update.
If your phone has not update, please write to samsung along with screenshot of your software update status on your phone. I am sure samsung will resolve your issue. In this same App ho to help section, in that try ask a question option. I hope you will get your update at the earliest.
