Android 10 update

Hi, I bought my galaxy a30 from amazon and so far I didn't get the android 10 does that mean I will never get it? when exactly am I going to get the update?

A30 is already got the upgrade ( from pie to Q).
give it another try!.. if not helpful, ask for Samsung support.

please make sure that the seller of the phone is Amazon, not a third party seller!!!

update is completed for A30 as per the attached announcement.

even though officially a30 update has already been rolled out, arrival times are still different on specific devices. it will arrive, its only a matter of time.
