It might happened while software upgrading. Visit customer care for operating software resetting. It might help.

do hard reset through recovery mode via volume up+power button key together till 5 seconds...when will appear logo then release it and wipe user data and cache and restart

if u can handle to hard reset or reinstall software through odin then try otherwise visit service centre its better for you

may be data interruption during update so it happened. visit service center. don't try it ur self. you me be damage more. full software needed to be reinstall.
