I am unable to get video call means from other side person is trying to do video call in WhatsApp but automatically it is declining.and I am able to do video call and voice call but incoming is not working properly. Facing since one month.In Samsung galaxy a53.

And my mobile is brand new it's just 6 months i am facing the issue since one month raised concern but no one taking care of this issue

1. Do you allowed all the required permissions
Eg camera , microphone to whatsapp

2. Is the call isn't coming or automatically declined
