A71 issue _ Notification Error

Steps for troubleshooting but not solved..

(GROUP NOTIFICATION ON AUTOMATICALLY)

As mentioned above I drive following checking

1. Physically check and reset on 14th Aug at Retailer (Phonewale, Iskon) by lady employee

2. Physically check and show at Service centre(J) on 14th Aug - Refer for online tutor

3. Online samsung care telephonic check on 18th Aug by Rushabh for online Reset Set up - (Suggested by manual path by Mr.Rushabh)

4. Online Samsung Care Tutor Screen mirroring check on 18th Aug by Ms.Priti for almost >45+ minutes time !!!

5. Finally 2nd time visited Service Center on 20th Aug`20 10am (Two time visited due to 40GB data recovery)- Factory Reset Done

After all hurdles still issue not resolved yet.  I have done everything Online Reset, Tutor Screening & Factory Reset but not getting a solution. So I have decided to go for DOA Certificate to replace my handset which looks defective and for your internal record here I am attaching the video recording. kindly check the Video proof of "Notification Error" and generate DOA Certificate on priority on 22nd aug`20.

Friends I hope Samsung is reliable for Services after Video proof of error...!!

Kindly suggest or comments on such matters for solutions...

Actually I didn't get what's error in your phone. That's why I want to see the video.

whatsapp group notifications error... if you off the group notifications and receive any msg on whatsapp group... I was getting popup despite of putting it off...

I did all steps but still no solution...

I noticed that if you disable group notification, it gets enabled whenever messages come in group.

So the only option I think is to mute group to not receive notification.

Or make group notification as silent and uncheck show as popup.

Seems to be a WhatsApp issue, rather than the phone.
