Bhai, main aapka dard samajh sakta hoon! Jab badhiya chalte-chalte phone ka battery backup achanak girne lage, toh gussa aana natural hai.
A55 5G mein Exynos processor hone ki wajah se background apps aur network switching battery bohot jaldi choos lete hain. Aap ye settings try kijiye, battery backup 100% badh jayega:
1. "Protect Battery" Setting Check Karein:
Settings > Battery mein jaiye. Wahan check kijiye ki kahin Battery protection on toh nahi hai jo aapki charging ko 80% ya 85% par hi rok deta ho. Agar back-up zyada chahiye, toh ise optimize par rakhein.
2. Always On Display (AOD) Ko Band Karein:
AOD feature screen par har waqt clock dikhata rehta hai jisse pure din mein 8% se 10% battery fuzool mein udd jati hai. Ise Settings > Lock screen mein jaakar 'Tap to show' par set kar dijiye.
3. Adaptive Battery Ko ON Karein:
Settings > Battery > More battery settings mein jaakar Adaptive battery ko turn on kar dijiye. Isse phone aapke usage patterns ko seekh kar battery bachaega.
4. Location aur Bluetooth Scanning Band Karein:
Settings > Location > Location services mein jaakar Wi-Fi scanning aur Bluetooth scanning ko band kar dijiye. Ye settings background mein hamesha network search karti rehti hain aur chupke se battery drain karti hain.
Bhai, ye basic settings change karke dekhiye, aapke A55 ka battery backup ek dum tagda ho jayega! 👍
📝 Note: Bhai, agar in manual settings se aapke phone ka battery backup sudhar jata hai, toh please mere is comment ke kone mein bane Three Dots (︙) par click karke "Accept as Solution" par click karna na bhoolein! Isse doosre pareshaan users ki bhi help hogi. Thank you! 👍

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

We regret to hear about your experience with our product.

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

● Please perform the "Battery Status (Battery life + Battery Capacity)" test using the Samsung Members app.
Open the Samsung Members app (Battery Status (Battery life + Battery Capacity))

● Battery life depends on how the battery is used. Note that different devices have different battery life. The expected battery life for your model can be found in the manual.

● Please always use a standard charging procedure. Always charge in one go instead of charging many times as it affects the life span of the battery and battery performance.

● Perform Battery Optimization: Battery optimization helps you boost the battery performance of your device. To check battery optimization:

Settings > Select Device Maintenance/Device Care > Optimize > Optimize all options like Battery, Storage, and Memory

● Turn off Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, mobile hotspot, NFC, etc . when not in use.

● We recommend you avoid using in areas with low network/fluctuation because these cause the battery to drain very fast.

● Reduce the display brightness level or set the device to auto-brightness mode.
Swipe down on the home screen to open the notification panel
Turn on the Auto-brightness option if available.
It will automatically adjust the display brightness of your device according to ambient light & will reduce battery drainage.

● Adjust screen timeout settings: Settings >> Display >> Screen timeout >> Select the minimum screen timeout.

● Kindly check which application or interface is using more battery from device care and try to update the app or avoid using that app.

● Close background running apps.

● We request you to turn off the auto-sync option, it will stop the synchronization of the device with the server & reduce the battery drainage.
Swipe down on the home screen to open the notification panel.
Turn off the auto-sync option.
Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

You can reset your device by following the steps:

● Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.

● Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.

● If you do not remember then reset (Forgot password) your Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

If the issue still occurs, please visit the service Centre for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service Centre with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/

Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
