A55 5g not receiving notifications in background

Guys,

Iam not recieving any whatsapp messages until i open the app.I own galaxy A55 5g and i checked nearly everything and nothing worked.All settings are default and iam still facing this issue.I have to open whatsapp each and every time to receive a new message.

How can i fix this?

(Battery saver is turned off

Background data usage is allowed

Dnd is turned off

Software is upto date

Restarting only solve the issue for a while

Clearing cache didnt work)

Can anyone suggest any other solution

It happened with my s23 fe also but later it was resolved

Or go to what's app info and under usage select Battery and select unrestricted option to received notifications in background

How was it resolved?
Did it resolved by its own?

Check whether your app is added under Deep sleeping app setting under background usage limits battery setting. If its showing the same then remove the same and you will start to receive the notification.

The issue was cleared after some updates bro.
