I'm getting this 4g speed in the 3g and bsnl showing lte instead of h+

Even I don't know I'm using data from bsnl and still the sign and others are showing from jio and getting 4g

Jio is the server name. You're sending and receiving data from a nearby datacenter of jio.

Doesn't matter on your (client) side if you're using Airtel, BSNL or Jio.

BSNL launched 4G services in your area, that's why you're seeing LTE in status bar (LTE = 4G)
