Cons :
1. The animations are now slightly slower
2. Charging time increased (after december update)
3. It's slower when switching apps with recents button
4. New designs are not eyepleasing (settings search, volume controller in notification, etc.)
5. Some settings and texts are not well arranged (App info page, bluetooth connectivity pop-up etc.)
6. Restarting the device needs more than 1 minute (it was faster on OneUI 3)
7. New notifications design is just **bleep** (old one was much better)
8. All apps screen now have a black background (previously it had a blur effect)
9. Now some apps are showing their logo when opening a app like instagram did (now it's showing in several apps)

Pros :
1. They've added a smooth scrolling effect
2. Fingerprint got faster (better than previous update)
3. I think the battery life slightly increased
4. They've also added many features
5. No noticable lags (but have a slight lag sometimes)
6. I also think that video recording got a bit smoother now (not tested)
7. Front camera is better now (the colors are not well saturated like the s20's)
8. No big changes in the camera side, just they take pretty good shots like before.
