Today, I started chat with human assistant for a51 one ui 2.1 update.They don't have any excuse and then they stop replying me.I also gave him advise to change their excuses.I was angry when they stopped replying me.Here is the chat,

bro, don't worry... and no regrets, because you have brought an amazing phone with excellent hardware but worse ui skin and service!
wanna know what I'm going to do when I start to feel one ui 2.1 boring ?
I will install the Oxygen OS custom rom, then pixel experience rom and then the miui 12 (if it excites me!!) and so on...
and one more thing, it is very easy to install twrp in samsung using odin than any other phones out there !!
