My Samsung A50s stuck in a boot loop and don’t go past the Samsung logo at startup. After the latest update to android 11 I am facing problem. Sometimes it's continuously restarting. Can anyone advise me how to resolve this issue. I have done the factory reset also. However the problem still persist. Thanks in advance.
If its in warranty then visit service center, the motherboard will be replaced If not then Raise the matter on social media And send mail using screenshots of 5 to 6 restart issue from community to various news editors and Samsung ceo and service head, if they receive in bulk, the issue will be highlighted support@gsmarena.com Mohammad.asif@intoday.com
