A50 torch works only when charging.

Hello,

I've been facing an issue with the torch on the Samsung A50. The torch only appears to work when I charge / keep the phone plugged in to the socket.

In addition, the led light works when I'm using the camera flash.

Anyone faced the issue lately? How did you resolve?

This started happening automatically a few days back. I'm on the latest android 11 update.

check and clean your charging port
Or go to service center

Hey, looks like service centre is the only option.

I think charging port is fine.. The torch works when charging or when taking pictures.
