A50 taking too much time while charging

Hello my new Samsung galaxy A50 mobile taking 2hours and 30minutes from 0 to 100% of charging is this issue facing me only or everyone

Hi @ps555 , go to battery settings and enable fast charging and then reconnect the charger. Please keep in mind that fast charging can be enabled and disabled only when the device is not charging .

nothing changes wether you enable or disable fast charging. it always takes the same time 2 and a half hrs

Contact a service center also go with your phone charger as this might be charger problem.
