A50 boot up problem

I updated my Galaxy A50 to Android 10 at the beginning of the month. Over time, I would encounter random freezes or lags. So i decided to restart the device in the hopes that it would boost performance. Now, upon restarting it, the phone boots up normally, but is stuck on the loading saying "Phone is Starting..." Its been like this all night, with it randomly going back to display the Samsung logo and then restart again. Please, I need help. There is a lot of data on the phone which I havent backed up yet and so to factory reset is not a valid option.

shut down and press. volume up + power button till samsung logo appears android recovery screen will open scroll down to clear cache and then wipe data or factory reset from there and then restart device again
but backup data before 👍👍👍👍👍👍

if it doesn't work, try to flash the rom by odin.

flash your device by odin with firmware from sammobile.com
but before kindly check pda csc code in about phone and in software update

I have an unlocked model. Will it be alright to use any firmware available, if its the most recent?

check csc and pda ap codes for whichever firmware u want to use
type *#272*IMEI number#to see the list of csc codes and change and install the firmware u want change csc code then update respective firmware

I just flashed with the latest firmware. However, now it's taking a long while to load up, just showing "Starting Android..." 

Is this normal or should I be worried?

it's normal did u check with the csc pda codes on sammobile
