A50 boot up problem

I updated my Galaxy A50 to Android 10 at the beginning of the month. Over time, I would encounter random freezes or lags. So i decided to restart the device in the hopes that it would boost performance. Now, upon restarting it, the phone boots up normally, but is stuck on the loading saying "Phone is Starting..." Its been like this all night, with it randomly going back to display the Samsung logo and then restart again. Please, I need help. There is a lot of data on the phone which I havent backed up yet and so to factory reset is not a valid option.

I can't access the app from my phone. The only app I can use in its state is the Settings.

bro in the settings go to about phone there u can see the contact us option. then u will take to report centre. check this one👍👍👍

this has happened to my phone also . don't do anything it will restart on its own . its some kind of bug after the update

I powered it down throughout the night, and checked again this morning to the same result. Are you saying I should leave it on, and it will resolve itself? Because I just put it off to leave it alone for the day

wipe up cache of your phone by hard reset settings then restart your phone it will run normally
