A50 BATTERY issue after January update its draining very fastly plz do something for this or give us another update as early as possible and the fingerprint issue also not resolved what are you guys trying to do in the updates pl resolve all the bugs

Battery percentage may vary according to the usage (internet, call, video playback, etc..). However, if you feel that the device battery drains quickly when no function is used, please send the device to one of the service centres to discover and fix the problem. www.samsung.com/sa/support/servicelocation/.

i somehow think the drainage is not because of the users usage. because one would know they have used their device more than they usually would, the concern is raised soon after an update is done and i think the update probably doesn't do well with some of these 3rd party applications. i wouldn't know much but i think that's a reason to look into im now afraid to do an update myself
