Samsung A50 worst updates 😡

Feeling like why i brought this phone 🤕

Main thing Very very  Poor Network 😤  After updating *October patch, Compare to this Every phone is getting good signals , irritating me a lot - Any solution.?

Everyday I'm raising my hands 90° and playing PUBG 🤦

 

And fingerprint sensor is not working after updating this *November patch

Bhai mere ghar ma sab idea chalta ha sab ka phone aacha chalta ha. Par mera A50 ma idea is worst.A50 ma network problem. Plz reply.battery drain problem. Heating problems. Plz plz plz plz plz plz reply. Plz make a video plz plz

Hi there,


Please perform the following steps to resolve above mentioned steps:
1- If any screen guard/tampered glass/protection film is available then first disable the fingerprint settings and then remove the screen guard.
2- Once screen guard is removed now register the fingerprint again and check the issue.
3- If problem does not get resolved, run the device in Safe mode and reconfigure the fingerprint.

4- Check for the latest device O/S (Scroll down Notification panel >Settings >Software Update >Download updates manually).

5. Reset network settings (Scroll down notification panel >Settings >General Management >Reset >Reset network settings).

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members application (Open Samsung members app >> click on “+“icon > send feedback >> error report / ask question).
