Hi Samsung Members,

My Samsung A50 Device is showing following when I click on the "Fingerprints" option in "Biometrics and Security":

If this problem continues, contact Customer Service.

Only thing you can do is to visit service center..

If this issue is supposed to be because of software so It would have been resolved through Software, but it is because hardware that's why Calibration needed, Please visit service centre and get it resolved.

Restart in safe mode and check. If issue persists, then visit service center.

better way is to visit service centre but as of now Reboot in safemode and try but as i have seen it no work for the user so just for try do that

steps to turn safemode;
long press on power button>
long press on power off option>click on safemode >your mobile will restart and turn into safemode.
