It is some software related issue. Cause samsung claims that the 45 watt charger a.k.a Super fast charger have smart charging which will turn 45 watt to 15 watt when plugged into a device that doesn't support 45 watt.
This did not happen because of charging with a 45 watt charger. An official Samsung 45 watt PD charger can charge at 15, 25 and 45 watts. This happened because of something else.
Ya right, this is when i went into download mode and restarted the device i can see that download mode in actual homepage like transparent... same with samsung logo and charge animation
