Purchased the Samsung A35 on April 20, 2024. Experiencing rapid battery drain compared to my previous M52, which had excellent battery life on the same 5G network. I urge Samsung Care to acknowledge and address this issue, possibly related to the Exynos processor. Additionally, there's a heating problem that needs attention.

Yeah,this is common in Samsung Galaxy A35. Battery is draining very fast even in lighter use.

Yeah also I used battery saver and it doesn't last long what is happening in samsumg phones they charge high for their phones and are proving this kind of service.
Ps I should ve bought Xiaomi or poco phone I am really regretting right now

I'll follow the links to do what I can to try to resolve a similar issue with my new A35. It goes down even when I'm not using it while powered on. 

 

It would be great to receive an update to resolve the issue. I have had the phone for almost a week now. I'm hoping to see improvements. The advertisement for the phone does state a 2 day battery life.

Hi, I purchased galaxy A35 5g 2 weeks back and the battery draining issue is a big concern for me.If night you full charge the battery by morning your word see 20 percent drain.Its not normal at all.I was using g A34 5g which 2as much better than this.When I lodged a complaint with the Samsung service center, they only checked the QC check and said no issue with battery, but as a consumer if we don't get the complete satisfaction and worth for the Money you spend on aa phone what's the use?

I just bought the a35 almost 2 weeks ago. It drains too fast, and even drains when the screen is off.

I have exactly the same issue with my Samsung A35 from day one when I bought it in April. The battery drains very fast and drops to 30% by noon and I need to recharge a second time by evening for the same average usage like earlier. Also the phone has severe heating issue.

Repeated visits to the service centre and updates have not resolved the issue. I regret my decision to shift from Moto to Samsung.

Battery performance has improved after switching to 4G network mode.Whenever we are not using data keep the network mode in 4G

What model do you have? I didn't see a way to turn off 5g on mine.

I also have the same battery drainage issue..I bought this phone 3 weeks ago..From day one it's causing battery draining.If you charge 100% in ninght it's battery drains about 20% in the morning..And also it's battery only last 6/7 hours if you are watching videos/using utube... I really regretting buying Samsung product..Even my Xiaomi phone was better than this which costed me 3 times lesser than this phone.
Please fix this issue..Or someone please help.
