It's frustrating when your phone's battery life doesn't meet your expectations, especially when the company claims up to 2 days of battery backup.

Firstly, it's essential to understand that battery consumption and lifespan depend on various factors, including how often you use the device, the number of installed and running apps, operating system errors, and network connectivity.

Considering you've had the phone since November 3, 2024, it's possible that the battery drain is due to initial setup and background operations. During the first few days after purchase, users usually activate many applications and set various features, which can optimize the frequency of background operation.

To address the issue, try the following:

- *Optimize your phone's battery*: Use the Device care feature to reduce battery consumption by closing unused apps and controlling abnormal battery usage. Go to Settings > Battery and device care > Optimize now.
- *Adjust Background usage limits*: Set limits on unused apps running in the background to reduce battery consumption. Go to Settings > Battery and device care > Battery > Background usage limits.
- *Check for software updates*: Ensure your device is running the latest software, as updates often include battery life improvements.
- *Monitor your phone's battery usage*: Keep an eye on which apps are consuming the most battery power and adjust your usage accordingly.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, consider visiting a Samsung authorized service center for further assistance.
