A35 after recent security upgrade charges very slowly

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. I did last solution is hard reset by them..usual update all, switch off GPS, wifi, Bluetooth etc

Problem lies with some software glitch..when you insert the cable it takes time to get stabilised current..it fluctuating 0 to 4w then gradually 4 to 7w then if my phone mood is ok then may go upto 15w..earlier it used to get stable in seconds. Here average temperature of mobile is 38 degree and 40 while using..do not expect to keep my mobile in a freezer
