A33 not connecting to airtel 5G

My Samsung A33 is not able to connect to airtel 5G network. 5G is enabled in network option. SIM is having 5G plan enabled. Same SIM when put in my other phone, 5G works. So 5G coverage is available in my area. Please help why airtel 5G not working on my Galaxy A33 phone. Phone running on One UI 6.1 Android 14

My airtel 5G issue got resovled after recent update. So this confirms previous software version caused this issue. Samsung should have notified users about this issue to avoid unnecessary diagnosis and repairs. Anyway, thanks to all for offering help/suggestions.

My issue got resolved after software update. So check if you have upgraded to recent software version. Did not do anything special.

But I am on the recent update aur koi update nahi hai I am facing these prob from 27 sept and it happened after a lightning airtel ko puchta ho toh bolte hai network problem hai but all my neighbours are getting airtel 5g pata nahi kya karu

Hope you have checked the network setting for 5g, power save mode off. If still issue try using the same sim in other phone whose airtel 5g is working. This will rule out network issue.

Bhai ek cheez aur batao hm airtel se puche toh bola phone check karwaye mera lightning ke bad kharab hua hai airtel 5g kam nahi karta hai magar jio kam karta hai 5g kya hardware me kharabi ho sakta hai ya software me kharabi hoga

Mujeh toh yeh software issue lagta hai. Merey saath same problem thi. Jio 5g chalta tha, airtel 5g nai chalta tha. Software update key baad apney aal theek ho gaya.
