As per my observation One UI 3.1 with Android 11 is not much happening..
It is not up to the mark..
There are some points..
Pros..
1. Samsung Keyboard is fruitfull, the suggestion tab is quite quick and faster than gboard..
2. Transition is smooth..
3. Obvious the privacy gives more concern, which is good..
Cons..
1. Call background is really pathetic.. tabs like speaker, keypad, add call looking disgusting n i think its copy from Apple but truly its bakwaas copy..
2. In a notification panel i really miss my pure vanilla crystal white.. or pure dark black..
When its going to be matched with wallpaper we set on Home screen, the colour mixing is again pathetic..
3. In app, the background is blurry..
4. AR emoji camera, and AR zone for me that is useless app, i mean it changes person to person, someone has different opinion than me. But for me its useless..
5. In a settings there is remote assistant i.e. Smart tutor, if my mobile has broken down then how could he help..?? Again an useless app..
6. When the 3.1 update with Android 11 came in the description you mention AOD and Bixby routines get in A30s too but there is no AOD and Bixby routines.. so r u betraying us??
7. Zipped app is there it is the Android 8 app, r u sell old wine in new bottle i mean its joke..
There are some useless features are there for example, eye shield, its a blue light filter..
So overall for me, i give this Update 4/10 marks..
that too bcoj of Keyboard and transition..
Final word it is pathetic, useless and soulless update for my A30s..
I advise my friend's on community that don't install this update..
Android 10 and One UI 2.0 is far better than this..
Yes I really dislike the white blurry background for the app screen, it is stressful on the eyes 😫. The simple black transparent overlay they had before was perfect. Even the notification panel is made transparent and blurry. And I've to swipe down twice to pull the full notification panel whereas before it was just done in 1 swipe. This is not a good UI experience, as it is not clean and doesn't make it eaiser to focus. How does one change this?! Atleast Samsung should give some accessibility changes to choose the visual according to our preferences.
