Galaxy AA30 camera seems to have stopped focusing a few weeks back.. Tried everything suggested, from clearing the lens to doing a factory reset.. I even downgraded Android to 9.0 yet to no avail.
The camera starts to focus, but quickly loses focus again.. After downgrading, video mode seems to focus alright, and wide camera also works just fine..
I tried downloading a camera app which allows me to manually focus, yet had no results either
Dows anybody know how to fix this? I want to send the phone in, but not only they said they couldn't guarantee it would be fixed, but also we're during quarantine, so store access is a little complicated.. Also, not sure if it's worth mentioning, but my phone still has it's warranty.

We at Samsung understand your concern. To enhance the device performance kindly follow the below mentioned steps:
1. Reset camera settings: Click Camera > Go to Camera Settings > Reset Settings.
2. Clear camera app data: Go to Settings > Apps > Camera > Select Storage > Clear Data and click OK.
Note: We would suggest you to please send us a log file in error report section by following the below mentioned path as you mentioned that you have downgrade your device.
If the issue still persists, register your concern in Samsung Members Application in order to assist you better. (Samsung Members App > Feedback >Error report > Attach log file for any issue)

Galaxy ADEAR NO HELP DESK, YOUR 1800 NUMBERS GO TO A MEDICAL STAFFING SERVICE, YOUR LIVE CHAT DOES NOT WORK IN RUSSIA. YOUR EMAIL WILL NOT LET ME PUT IN THE MODEL NUMBER TO SEND THE INFORMATION TO YOU. YOU HAVE VERY CONVENIENTLY MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT YOU. MY A30 CAMERA WON'T WORK, LIKE SO SO MANY OTHERS HAVE SAID IN THE MULTIPLE THREADS THAT YOU CAN SURLY SEE. THE CAMERA WORKED FINE BEFORE YOUR TECH IDIOTS DID THE UPDATE IN JANUARY . SO, REMOVE THE UPDATE! GET THE PHONE FIXED OR I AND IM SURE MANY OTHERS WILL SHOP ELSEWHERE FOR ANOTHER PHONE AS THIS ONE IS **bleep** AND I CANT DO MY JOB WITHOUT A CAMERA TO USE QR CODES. Galaxy ASamsung, COVID tracing apps in many countries require you to scan bar codes using the camera in your phone. Your failure to repair the focusing issue caused by your last update is putting lives at risk and leaving Samsung wide open to multiple jurisdiction litigation. This needs to be fixed urgently.
