Galaxy AThe 28-character code is a strict, device-level security measure designed to protect your data. Samsung does not store this code on their servers, which means there is no "extraction" procedure or workaround available to pull it from the cloud.
Procedure to get the Recovery Code:
You can only view or generate a new 28-character code if you currently have access to a trusted Galaxy device that is already signed into your Samsung Account.
1)Open Settings on your logged-in Galaxy device.
2)Tap on your Samsung Account profile at the top.
3)Navigate to Security and privacy.
4)Select End-to-end encryption (or Advanced Data Protection).
5)Tap on Recovery code to view your current code or generate a new one.
Important Note:
If you have lost the 28-character code and do not have access to any other device currently logged into your Samsung account, the encrypted backup cannot be restored. This encryption standard ensures that no one—not even Samsung—can access your data without your exact authorization key.
