I am using a21s mobile from October 2020 .it's work normally but before 3 months after software update my device fingerprint sensor was not working 😕 so bad 😫 and service center is so far so I am sooooooooo sad😔😔

Bro my device works fine. For solving issu can you try restart your phone in safe mode then try to unlock your phone. If this doesn't help you then might be your finger print sensor damage.
