Is your fingerprint sensor not working recently?

Recently, I got a November patch update for my Galaxy A55 and after the update, my fingerprint has stopped working.. like it isnt accepting any print at all.. idk what is the reason of the fault.. I did every possible thing from my end.. did factory reset even but it just doesn't work.. Sadly, my A55 is just 17 days old.. It's in warranty and there's not a single scratch on my phone and it hasn't been even dropped yet.. When we buy a phone, we want or expect it to work fine for atleast a year or two.. but now honestly it feels like a trust is broken.. a trust on samsung for its longevity..
Kindly share if anyone else is also facing this kind of issue.. and Samsung please look into these things.. if your update isn't stable then just don't roll it.. nobody wants this kind of updates where their phone loses a capability or an important feature.. I'm a Jee aspirant and I depend on my device for studies and like me, 90% users don't want to or have the time to spend time on service centers for a new device that we buy..
I contacted the customer support and they said many things and it didn't work.. and then they said last thing is to factory reset it I did that but nothing.. idk abt a hardware failure but how can suddenly a hardware problem raise for a new phone !?
