A20S and Android 10 update problem

SInce my Verizon A20s was updated to Android 10, I can no longer reach my apps by swiping up on my home screen.  The only option I have now is an Apps button.  When I try to swipe up, the screen locks and won't respond until I hit the home button again.  Anyone else seeing this?

Try clearing data for ONE UI HOME APP and check if that helps.

settings 》 apps 》 one ui home. 》 storage 》 clear data.

it will delete your home screen customizations and will reset the home screen information to default and the issue should be fixed.

I just reset all settings back to factory default and that cleared it up.  Just had to spend a few minutes customizing everything back to the way I like it.  Thanks for the input.
