Unable to connect mobile hotspot

I am unable to connect my pc via hotspot by samsung M31. It is not visible to network at pc. Other devices are showing . Resolve it

Is your device driver for network adapter up to date on your PC? Which OS are you using on your PC?

Once perform reset network settings

settings>general management>select reset>click on reset network settings settings

Ek baar reset network settings karne do..and let him check his device driver too..
but he mentioned not visible to network..ab let's c what's his exact issue..

If the above methods are not working try running "troubleshoot your network" on your PC (in network and internet) and select WiFi in the troubleshooting window.( considering it to be a Windows PC).
You may be asked to reset your WiFi driver, apply the fix and you will be able to connect to your smartphone.
