We had bought Samsung Windfree AC, the AC is working properly but the services of samsung is so poor that I would suggest to not buy it. They dont pick calls, the staff who called regarding my service request was so rude that she cut my call before even listening to my problem. It's been almost a month since I had requested for cleaning service and there has been no response, no one came to my house for the cleaning. I have always been a samsung person, be it refrigerators, TV, samrtphone and even AC but after this I will never buy anything from samsung. Worst experience.
