YouTube Beta Video Quality Problem!!

Video quality problem specially in 4k resolution In Samsung m30s resolution shows 144p, 240p, 360p, 480p, 1080p60 in YouTube Beta so where is 720p60 it not shows with same video in different accounts you can see and why what's wrong with it anyone facing same problem is there any solution??

its a YouTube beta not public release any issues you have report it to google.. give it has feedback in playstore

haha....I know about that but before that. whereas there is no response to google go through see the screenshot property at the same time in another account there is no problem and by the way I post it because if anyone having same problem we can discuss about the solution and not specific person.
