What is the use of this 'lock this app' feature?

① Tap the Recents button to open the list of recently used apps.
② Tap the icon of the app you want to use with Multi window.
③ Tap "lock this app"

this feature is actually made for the ram  that is locking app into the ram so that next time you anciently close the app would remain intact in other words the app will not reload it will stay as it  is in the phone's ram

Open any app and tap on this option "lock this app", now when you close recent tab, app locked by this feature will still remain there, it won't go away..
