If you are this worried about security and privacy of your device and data, buy an Apple iPhone. OnePlus, Huawei, Oppo, Vivo, Xiaomi are also among these who have gateways to make private data accessible. :smiling-face:
Chinese government has the ability to access any and all user data stored on Chinese servers without a warrant there are zero protections once your data reaches their shores. I'm not saying they are or they aren’t going to abuse this .
NSA can search through US data bases without warrant too, they only required a warrant if they were targeting specific US citizen. But they can bypass it by getting a Fisa court approval without disclosing whose data they are planning to intercept
Every government has the power to do the same thing. At least China is up front telling you yes, we can access it whenever we want. US makes you feel like you are protected, but you really aren’t.
still the Qihoo 360 patnership and Samsung says it doesn't send personal data. Almost every company does this i agree. mostly it's whom you trust matter.(source the verge)
