Whether the company has forgotten the existence of samsung a31 device? Because, its almost 7th month of product launch & they aren't even leaving any update for camera features like 4k video shoot, timelapse, slowmo,super slowmo & nightmode, which plays an important role in atleast 2020. What do you think guys?

I do not understand why you bought A31 ?
If all these mentioned features were so important to you then you shouldn't have bought it.
A31, A21S are worst phones launched by Samsung this year.
Even M series phones are better than those.

bro we bought it as its absurd of a phone chip not supporting 4k and slow mo in 2020. its common feature ..
sounds similar to a nokia phone u bought which not support sms back in 2005.
and after all truly its my first samsung android phone switching from xiomi clearly bought it out of brand trust

for a user I don't think he needs to go as deep as what the chipset supports as it should go by market trend

Bro , it is not Chipset or anything high level.
It was just question of checking IF things you WANT RIGHT NOW , are they present in phone RIGHT NOW ?
Never rely on updates to bring features.
