My mobile software has updated last day after update i am facing low network connectivity issue like my phone having 5G services but i am not able to use 5G services after update. Before updates i was using 5G services without issues. 

Please suggest on it 🙏🙏🙏

Please reset network setting of both Sim one by one and than reset all settings of your's device in general management settings also Flight ✈️ mode on n off one time, restart your's device without any Sim in slots ,interchange Sim in slots, turn off power saving mode then try to it's again. Yeah bro I understand your problem! I faced same issue with my phone so here how I resolve it!!...
First download the app called NetMonster from GOOGLE PLAY STORE.
Then, Open the app and click on bottom right corner (three dots)...
Then, click on Phone Info
After that, click on SET PREFERRED NETWORK TYPE...
And final, select [NR ONLY] by scrolling wherever you find!
And yeah you can use 5G CONNECTIVITY... but don't expect internet speed so fast...it's not too fast but nor too slow speed!! You can watch 1080p Videos on YOUTUBE easily!
And when you wanna call someone or someone calling you then you have to off that settings you've done before for 5G connectivity from Phone Settings, (Mobile Network option) by selecting 4G network type
