Dear Samsung Support, I have been using the Galaxy S24 Ultra for the past year without any major issues. However, yesterday I enabled the "Palm swipe to capture" feature under Motion and Gestures to take a screenshot. Immediately after doing so, the touchscreen completely stopped responding. I was unable to use the device or even turn it off using the power button. Surprisingly, after I moved slightly away from my Wi-Fi network and the device got disconnected from Wi-Fi, everything started working normally again. This was very alarming and I was quite scared. Could you please explain why this happened and what steps I can take to prevent such an issue in the future? I would appreciate your assistance in resolving or avoiding this problem.

Best regards,
Saiful
