Solution score reduced to 0.

Dear frend, In samsung members [ GALAXY GALLERY], my position is in Active level 4. I achieved the score for1 no of solution. Until today morning the solution score was displayed as 1. After morning today, the score is seen  as zero. What is the reason to decrease my solution score from one to  Zero?

Because of, click the three dots available on my post and then select "Accept Solution" and then there will be a tick on my post. Again click three dots and select "Decline Solution" the tick will disappear. This is happened to you.

I think the user whom you gave the solution to, has deleted his/her post.

There isn't any easy solution, but it's pretty evident. You might already know.
Press the bell icon at the top right corner, under inbox you fill find the activity section. Now you would have to search for the notification where a user accepted your comment as the solution. Click on that and you would find the post and the member.
